Our Story

Sandbanks Saunas began the way most good ideas on this coast do — in the water. Cold swims off Sandbanks and Shore Road, all year round, and the long shivering walk home afterwards. We wanted the warmth to be waiting for us: not a gym sauna across town, not a boutique spa booking — real heat, at home, every day.

So we built it. The Solas Two — solas is the Gaelic word for light — is a two-person full spectrum infrared sauna finished in Canadian red cedar. It's the sauna we wanted for ourselves: warm light, deep heat, room for two, and nothing you need an electrician for.

We're a small Dorset business based in Sandbanks, Poole. When you call, you get us — the people who chose every panel and tested every session. And we deliver anywhere in the UK.
